Phillip Guthrie
Field Operations Manager for Glass, and Lead of Service/Special Projects Division
“My journey with the company started back in 2016. Before stepping into my current role in January 2025, I spent 8 years on the ground as a project manager. Time in the trenches taught me exactly what it takes to bring a project from submittals to a flawless reality. Today, I serve as a central liaison bridging the gap between our executive leaders, project managers, site superintendents, field installers, and general contractors. I ensure that everyone is aligned, communication flows effortlessly, and every stakeholder is on the same page from day one.
For me, this work is about operational excellence. I am deeply committed to maintaining the highest benchmarks across safety, quality craftsmanship, and strict scheduling standards. Whether we are tackling a complex installation or handling a routine service call, my goal is always to deliver exceptional customer experience without compromising on safety or deadlines.
When I am not coordinating our teams out in the field, you can usually find me with my wife and daughter, fishing, hiking, or exploring some new backroads with our two dogs.
If you have a project in mind or need assistance from our service division, I would love to connect. You can reach me directly at pguthrie@teampcc.com“
