“Completing a PCC project on-time and within budget is always the goal. We focus on a clear scope of work, submittal log management, and field preparedness to ensure project management controls are in place. We define success when a project meets the defined scope of work, exceeds revenue and performance goals and hits social responsibility, sustainability, and green targets. Our team is highly skilled in planning projects for the best-case scenario and then tackling surprises/challenges along the way with integrity and grace.
Team PCC is known in the industry to be respectful, cooperative and committed to their craft. We have a solid field crew that is dedicated to safety, training and quality on each rainscreen/glazing project we are awarded. I am honored to lead and work beside an award-winning team and A-list vendors.”
