“As the Preconstruction Manager, I provide a high level of customer support, I review contract Scopes of Work, oversee and bid projects, buyout large scope items and manage Design Assist work in which PCC is involved. I also supervise the development of all estimates and analyze risk-management for our clients. I enjoy leading and training our team, so they have a great understanding of the projects we bid.
PCC is a fun place to work, filled with young, like-minded individuals with dynamic personalities, sharing the same strong work ethic.”

Industry Role Model: My father. He owned a very successful glazing company with my mother. He made this business fun and exhilarating. My dad taught me everything I know about this business: how to read drawings and contracts, do takeoffs, manage projects, order materials, and manage a variety of personalities. I am beyond grateful to have had him as my father and mentor.
Favorite PCC Project: WMATA Eisenhower Office Building. Bidding and closing this project were very exciting. I also enjoyed being a part of the St Elizabeth Parcel 17 team and lead the beginning design assist efforts. I joined the Parcel 17 project during the “napkin sketch” phase and assisted the Architect with developing and implementing a design that met the Owner’s budget.
Work-Life Balance: Spending time with my husband, daughter and son, horseback riding and traveling. I grew up traveling to the Caribbean each year, and we hope to keep that tradition.
Favorite Sports Team: Baltimore Ravens
