PCC sponsors ideal apprentices through the three-year ABC Metro Washington Glazing Program. For each year completed in the program, you will receive a salary increase.

Each Summer we offer an internship program. The three-month program helps students or candidates build their skills before they enter the workforce and get acclimated with the construction industry. As a PCC intern, we’ll help you build your network, increase your motivation, improve your resume, and get a feel for the work environment. You’ll attend project meetings, visit job sites and network with industry professionals. You’ll learn about materials, equipment, technology, construction processes and dive deep into different job roles. The best part? We pay our interns!

All full-time employees receive annual Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Employees will receive 40 hours of PTO for their 1st year of employment (regardless of start date during the year), then every year after at January 1 they will be allotted 80 hours of PTO for use during the year.
