Team PCC always welcomes resumes and correspondence from talented individuals who exhibit enthusiasm for the built environment. We look for individuals who wish to make a difference in the industry, and our local communities in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia region.
PCC is a drug-free workplace. All prospective employees must undergo a pre-employment drug test. All positions require random drug testing as a condition of employment and/or placement at a job site. A background check is also required as part of our pre-employment processes, as well as security clearance for secure project sites. PCC is an equal opportunity employer (M/F/H/V) and encourages diversity in the workplace.
Jobs we hire for are Project Managers, Superintendents, Installer-Glazier, Apprentices and Internships.
You can submit your resume to us directly by filling out the form on the right and upload your cover letter & resume there. Please be sure to include what position you are applying for in the subject line. We prefer documentation by email with attachments in MS Word or PDF format. Please note, due to the large volume of responses we receive from our postings, we are not able to respond directly to each individual who applies or expresses interest in PCC. While we are happy to accept unsolicited resumes, if there is interest in scheduling an interview for an available position, one of our representatives will contact you.
PCC sponsors ideal apprentices through the three-year ABC Metro Washington Glazing Program. For each year completed in the program, you will receive a salary increase.
We will support you throughout your career with on-the-job training, mentorship from our seasoned employees and safety training from inclusive vendor suppliers. Our apprentices also receive our full benefits package, please visit our benefits section.
Each Summer we offer an internship program. The three-month program helps students or candidates build their skills before they enter the workforce and get acclimated with the construction industry. As a PCC intern, we’ll help you build your network, increase your motivation, improve your resume, and get a feel for the work environment. You’ll attend project meetings, visit job sites and network with industry professionals. You’ll learn about materials, equipment, technology, construction processes and dive deep into different job roles. The best part? We pay our interns!
