Boro Block C, Tysons Corner, Virginia

The Boro Block C project includes a 20-story 468,000 square-foot Class A office building, 108,000 square-foot theater building as well as a kiosk building. Located within close proximity to the Greensboro Metro Station in Tysons Corner, Boro Block C is part of a mammoth 15-acre mixed-use project.

Solution and Materials

PCC was responsible for all of the exterior and interior composite metal panels, terra-cotta panels, louvers, single-skin metal panels, as well as all of the AVB air barrier occurring behind our scope of work.
