1210 Van Street

Contracted by Lendlease (US) Construction, Inc., PCC furnished and installed watertight interior and exterior glass, glazing and metal panel work on 1210 Van Street, a 13-story office building with three levels of below grade parking in Washington, DC. The project was developed concurrently and adjacent to a 10-story office tower. The residential and office buildings were built as two separate buildings and share a single lot area.
