“I have been with PCC Construction Components, Inc. since 2022 as the Human Resources Manager. In my role, I focus heavily on workforce logistics, safety compliance, and seamless coordination between the field and office. My daily responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding talent, managing subcontractor relationships, enforcing company policies, and ensuring full OSHA compliance. I also play a key role in mediating on-site conflicts, helping maintain positive working relationships and keeping projects moving forward without disruption.

I am committed to fostering a positive, safe, and engaging work environment that supports PCC’s mission of excellence in construction and community development. Although I have been in the construction industry for just over three years, the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the work has provided me with a depth of experience well beyond that timeframe — and it’s an environment where I truly thrive.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and three kids. I’m passionate about DIY projects around our home and enjoy teaching my kids to build, create, and fix
things with their own hands—skills my father passed down to me.”
