“I’m responsible for everything, and in control of nothing. Owning a small trade business is challenging. We’ve learned most things the hard way; planning projects for the best-case scenario and then tackling surprises/challenges along the way with integrity and grace. We believe once we show it, we own it. We make sure our shop drawings are in line, properly marked, and reviewed by a third party, so our scope of work is clearly communicated to the General Contractor. Our team is known in the industry to be respectful, cooperative and committed to their craft. We have a solid field crew that is dedicated to safety, training and quality on each rainscreen/glazing project we are awarded. I am honored to lead and work beside an award-winning team and A-list vendors.”

“I started with PCC as an intern and worked my way up to Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and now my primary focus is maintaining our workforce and supplying them with the resources they need to perform exceptional work for our clients. We not only tackle project challenges, but we also participate in industry and community service. We work beyond the glass, because we want to establish real relationships with our clients, and vendor partners.”

“Solving day-to-day issues to get us closer to the finish line is what fires me up each day. No two jobs are ever the same. Different GCs, architects, vendors, locations, materials, etc. There is always a learning curve and it’s what I enjoy the most about our industry.”

“One small thing that will make our customer’s day? Attentiveness. I oversee roughly 7-9 rainscreen / glazing projects at any given time. No matter how busy my day is, I strive to provide personalized service, guidance, and reassurance on every project I manage. Internally, my team understands they can use me as a sounding board to talk through any specific scenario on a project. We don’t view problems as issues; we analyze situations, determine our best options, and then provide solutions. Our team places a strong emphasis on overseeing materials, lead times, and relationships on each project. Our clients choose PCC because we hold ourselves accountable, our team is reliable, and we take great pride in our craft.”
